After exiting the north ticket gate of Daikanyama Station, cross the footbridge on your left and head towards Daikanyama Address. When you reach Hachiman-dori, turn right and go straight for 60m until you see Daikanyama Kishimoto Eye Clinic.
*We do not have a parking lot. If you come by car, please use a nearby parking lot.

Cross the footbridge to the Daikanyama Address
When you reach Hachiman-dori street, go straight for 60m and you will find Daikanyama Kishimoto Eye Clinic on your right hand side.
